2016 Customer Feedback Survey
In early November, Albion Languages conducted its 2016 customer feedback survey. Through eight questions, we asked our customers how they view our service in terms of quality and value for their business. Our principal goal was to better understand what our customers need from us as a language service provider.
The survey questions focused on three main topics:
- How we add value to our clients’ business
- How our services compare to those of our competitors
- How clients view our brand and “company personality”
Customers were thus asked to pick their top value adder, rate our services on a scale from 1-5, and define how they view our service.
