The results are in! 2017 Vendor Feedback Survey

In late January, Albion Languages conducted its 2017 Vendor Feedback survey.  Through ten questions, we asked our vendors to evaluate our working relationship, in terms of communication, project management, and their satisfaction with the projects they receive. 

Our principal goal was to strengthen our relationship with our vendors. The survey questions thus focused on three main topics:

  1. Understanding why our vendors value cooperation with us
  2. Promoting clear and consistent communication between vendors and project managers
  3. Learning more about their schedule and project preferences

Vendors were asked to rate our project management processes on a scale from 1-5, answer questions about their experiences, and let us know just why they have enjoyed working with us.
