On time, every time
We continuously achieve very high delivery rates, on or well before the agreed deadline. However, as part of our commitment to total customer satisfaction, in the highly unlikely event of a project not being delivered on time (for whatever reason), the price of the project is automatically reduced in accordance with the duration of any delay.
Highest quality translations
Our aim is to surpass your expectations when it comes to quality. However, should you find our translation differs from your expectations in any way, just let us know and we will make all necessary adjustments to the text until you are completely satisfied.
Your rapid response team
In keeping with the time-sensitiveness of our projects, we confirm deadlines and begin the translation work as soon as possible. We undertake to respond to all emails within a maximum of 2 hrs (typically you should expect a response in under 30 minutes). We also offer the best possible deadlines for your projects, to ensure they are completed as soon as possible and to high quality.
Hand-picked translators
We provide ourselves on investing considerable time and effort to match translation and localisation projects to exactly the right experts (with the most suitable academic and professional background). We’re always happy to share your translator’s CV, so you can get an insight into their extensive background and capabilities.
No surcharges or other extra costs
We undertake to never make any surcharges due to short deadlines. In fact, we never make any surcharges for any reason (text difficulty, format of source text, etc.). As well as saving you money, this also makes your translation spend easy to predict. You can always be sure of the same competitive price, no matter what.
